About the Instructor:

Erman Özdemir (b.1986, İzmit) is an Istanbul-based architect, interior designer, and urban designer. He studied at Istanbul Technical University, completing double majors in architecture and interior design, and joined Cologne University of Applied Sciences as an exchange student. He earned honorable mention in Archiprix 2010 with his graduation project. His professional journey includes design leadership at SP architects, where he managed a 30-member team and realized large-scale projects from housing settlements to urban planning in Turkey and abroad. He continues his independent design practice and recently has also been working in the field of retail design.
